What time is check-in?
Check-in is at 3PM. Guaranteed early check-in may be available for an additional fee by contacting the hotel in advance.
What time is check-out?
Check-out is at 11AM. Guests may request late check-out by contacting the hotel in advance. Late check-out is subject to an additional fee.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy varies by rate type. To determine the cancellation policy associated with your reservation, please read the terms on your reservation confirmation email or contact the hotel for further details.
Do you allow smoking on the property?
Linden Row Inn is a completely non-smoking property. We do not permit smoking in our guest rooms or indoor public spaces. Smoking is permitted in outdoor spaces such as our Garden Courtyard and verandas.
Do you have handicap accessible rooms?
We have 3 handicap-accessible rooms. If you require a handicap-accessible room, please include such a request in the comments section of the reservation or contact the hotel prior to arrival. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
What parking options are available at the hotel?
Linden Row Inn offers a valet parking service for $18/day and includes unlimited in/out privileges. Our valet parking service is available from 7AM-10:30PM daily. We request that our guests provide us with at least 30 minutes advance notice before they require their vehicle. For guests requiring their vehicles before 7AM, we request that you inform our Front Desk by 10PM on the prior evening so that we may retrieve your vehicle from the garage before our valet parking team departs for the day. For guests arriving after 10:30PM as well as guests departing before 7PM, we will keep your vehicle parked in front of the hotel until the following morning.
Is street parking available in the vicinity of the hotel?
Some of our guests decide to park on the street. Unfortunately, given the variety of parking regulations and restrictions in the neighborhood surrounding the hotel, we are unable to advise on the validity of specific street parking spots. The City of Richmond actively enforces all parking regulations, and we strongly advise all guests to read the signs near your vehicle if you do decide to park on the street. The hotel will not be responsible for vehicles being ticketed or towed by the City of Richmond.
We offer complimentary wireless internet access in all guest rooms and public areas.
I booked on a website other than the hotel website and I need to make a change to my reservation. How do I do this?
You will need to contact a representative from the website in which you booked your reservation.
Do you permit pets on the property?
While all of us at Linden Row Inn are animal lovers, the hotel is a pet-free property and pets are not permitted on the premises or in guest rooms.
How does your in-town shuttle service work?
Our in-town shuttle service operates daily from 7AM until 10:30PM within a two mile radius of the hotel. We operate the shuttle service on a first-come, first serve basis for all hotel guests. Shuttle requests must be scheduled in advance through our front desk. We make a best effort to accommodate all requests. However, it should be noted that our shuttle van can accommodate up to 6 passengers at a time, and there are periods when demand for our shuttle exceeds capacity and/or traffic within the city causes a backlog of requests.
Does Linden Row Inn have an on-site restaurant or bar?
We are excited to announce that the Urban Farmhouse Market and Cafe, a popular local farm-to-table dining concept, has opened a location at the Linden Row Inn. The Urban Farmhouse Market and Cafe is open daily for breakfast, lunch, dinner, coffee/tea, and drinks.

What are the key differences between your room types?
Our Garden rooms are generally located in the carriage houses on our property, and many of our Garden rooms have outdoor entrances into our enclosed Garden Courtyard. These rooms are furnished with white-washed furniture and feature floral theme bedding. Our Main House rooms are located in the seven row homes which compise the majority of the property. Our Main House rooms are larger than our Garden rooms, have much higher ceilings, feature a jewel color scheme, and many of them have antique pieces. Our largest rooms are our Parlour Suites, which are located on what was the first floor of each of the 7 row homes (these rooms were originally the parlours of each row home). Although each Parlour Suite has a unique identity, all of them feature a sitting area plus a bedroom with a King size bed. Our Parlour Suites all have a historic look and feel, and feature antique furnishings and fixtures. Spa-style granite bathrooms are available in all of our rooms.
